Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

Soto Health Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit this website, submit a request for a quote, or otherwise communicate with us online (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, including:

  • Contact details such as your name, phone number, email address, and the state and ZIP code you're located in;
  • Information relevant to a coverage request, such as your age, household size, income range, and general health history;
  • Records of your communications with us by phone, text, or email.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit — such as browser type, device information, and pages viewed — through cookies and basic site analytics, described below.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your request and provide information about coverage options;
  • To follow up by phone, text, or email where you've provided your details and consented to be contacted;
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, and insurance-licensing obligations; and
  • To detect and prevent fraud, spam, or abuse of our forms.

3. SMS & Text Messaging Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile information, or the consent you provide to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile opt-in is used solely so we can follow up with you about the coverage you asked about.

We may share mobile information with service providers that help us operate our website and forms (for example, our form-delivery and hosting providers), solely to deliver the messages and requests you've submitted, and under confidentiality obligations. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

  • With insurance carriers as needed to provide the quotes or coverage options you've requested;
  • With service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as form processing and website hosting), under confidentiality obligations;
  • When required by law, regulation, or legal process; and
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our business, or others.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We keep tracking to a minimum. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies.

Strictly necessary (always on). We store one item in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice, so we don't ask again on every visit. This is required for the banner itself to work and involves no third-party tracking.

Form delivery. When you submit a quote request or contact form, the information is delivered securely through our website host's form-handling service so we can follow up with you. This is necessary to process your request.

We do not currently run advertising or social-media tracking pixels, and we don't use session-recording tools. If that changes — for example, if we add site analytics down the road — we'll update this Policy and this section accordingly.

6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information; and
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at Sotohealthsolutions@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify and respond as required by law. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

7. Your Choices

  • Text messages: Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
  • Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or just let us know.
  • Phone calls: Ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list.

8. Data Retention & Security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it — but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services, such as license-verification tools (NAIC, NIPR). We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their own policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
